Monday-Thursday was pretty average for the most part I think? Nothing all that exciting happened. I think the only surprise was that I found out I got an A on my paper on people who work out at the RPAC, which I didn't know was even that great. I also listened to the new Fray album while walking to classes this week. I must say that the new CD is better than the last one. At least I like the songs on this CD lots more. Everyone should definitely listen to it.
Friday I fed the cells in Matt's cell culture, and then I went to Nat Quals for Speech and Debate. At first I had this super great plan to study while I wasn't judging rounds. That didn't work out quite well though, since I didn't study at all during my time off, which ended up being the entire night since I wasn't able to judge any of the rounds on Friday. That night I went to the hotel with the team (Southview and thus Julia :) stayed at the same hotel) to help them prepare for Saturday. Saturday proved to be slightly less boring, but equally unproductive. I definitely spent a good 12 hours at Gahanna Lincoln, during which only 40 minutes was spent judging. I also spent a good amount of time with Julia on Saturday, which definitely contributed to my unproductiveness, but oh well, the exam isn't until Tuesday, and I'd much rather trade time spent with her than studying :P There was also this excellent spicy chicken soup in the judges' lounge. I also got a confirmation that I'm not quite that strange from Allison this weekend. Apparently, I'm not the only vegetarian turned white-meat only person. So for anyone who considers my eating habits strange, I now have proof that I am not alone in this world!
And now I'm (or soon) crossing my fingers and hoping that this post will get published correctly :D
and once again cram for my anthropology exam on Tuesday (ah!).
